Grapevine CVB brings home marketing awards

Recently, the Grapevine Convention and Visitors’ Bureau received awards in several categories at the 2011 Marketing Awards presented by the Texas Festivals and Events Association.  Grapevine local festivals get bigger and better each year and that success is due in no small part to the great marketing of the events.  The awards received were:

  • Grapefest – 3rd Place – Best Outdoor Billboard
  • Grapefest – 3rd Place – Best Event Invitation
  • Main Street Days – 1st Place – Best Promotional Brochure
  • Main Street Days- 2nd Place – Best Miscellaneous Printed Material
  • Main Street Days – 2nd Place – Best Promotional Poster
  • Main Street Days – 3rd Place – Best Pin or Button
  • Main Street Days – 3rd Place – Best Cover Design
  • Main Street Days – 3rd Place – Best TV Promotion
  • New Vintage Wine & Gallery Trail – 1st Place – Best Miscellaneous Printed Material
  • New Vintage Wine & Gallery Trail – 1st Place – Best Promotional Brochure

Grapefest and Main Street Days both competed in the category of events with a budget over $750,000, and New Vintage Wine & Gallery Trail competed in the category of events with a budget of less than $75,000.  Over 340 entries were submitted for this competition.
