From 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night from January 3-6, the Northwest Highway bridge over Hwy 114 will be only westbound from Grapevine to Southlake, and the Southlake Blvd bridge will be only eastbound from Southlake into Grapevine. For many people I know, this is a significant detour. This is so they can build the new bridge and fortunately will only be for a few days.
If you are used to taking Southlake Blvd west into Southlake, you might consider taking Pool (which turns into Carroll) if you are coming from the south side of Grapevine, or Northwest Highway or White Chapel if you come from the north side.
Check out DFW Connector for the latest updates on the construction and I also advise subscribing to their emails.
